Cavendish ‘super excited’ to join Team Dimension Data, Renshaw and Eisel also confirmed The long-rumoured transfer of Mark Cavendish to the MTN-Qhubeka/Team Dimension Data setup has been confirmed Tuesday, with the Briton aiming to add to his 26... “I’m super excited about becoming a part of the Team for 2016. It is a team that I have watched closely as it has grown, especially over this season and been really impressed with the spirit, strength and dynamics of the group,” he said. Cavendish has been with the Etixx – Quick-Step team for the past three seasons and is now seeking a fresh start. He’s hoping to get back to the point where he can take multiple Tour stages, and believes the setup is the one that can help him do it. “It’s fair to say that most of the peloton has seen how incredible the Team raced this year,” he said,... “To join it with the target of helping to win even more races with other strong, experienced household cycling names like Mark Renshaw, Edvald Boasson-Hagen, Tyler Farrar, Daniel Teklehaimanot, Steve Cummings and of course Bernie Eisel is going to... Kelly: A change of scene might be just what Cavendish needs Responding to the announcement Tuesday that Mark Cavendish will compete with the Team Dimension Data squad from 2016, Sean Kelly has said that the move could potentially reinvigorate the... While time will ultimately prove how successful the move will be, Kelly said that if things had stagnated with Etixx – Quick-Step then exiting could be the best step. “Sometimes there can be a lack of motivation in a team…you get a bit stale when things are not going well,” he told CyclingTips. “You know you are not going to be getting [signing] a new contract when you are not getting what you have [earned] already. If a team wants to take down your contract, that doesn’t help your motivation as a rider. So that could be part of it as well. Next year you could see Cavendish perhaps come back to sprinting real well. A change of colour, a change of scene, a change of people might be what he needs. Click here to read more on CyclingTips. Farrar commits to helping Cavendish Once rivals, Tyler Farrar has promised to help Mark Cavendish in the bunch sprints after the latter inked a three year contract with the Dimension Data/MTN-Qhubeka team. “Sure, we had our moments when we butted heads, but we’ve both grown up a little bit,” Farrar told VeloNews. “That’s natural, especially when you’re young, and sprinting is the most emotional aspect of professional cycling, so tempers always flare. Farrar moved to the team prior to the start of the 2015 season and had the chance to chase his own results at times. That could well change next year as Cavendish will require the assistance of the American rider and others. According to Farrar, that’s fine. “I am at that point of my career,” he explained. “I am better served being a real good lead-out man for a top sprinter than I am fighting it out for myself to finish third through eighth in field sprints. … You could make the argument that [Cavendish is] the greatest sprinter of all time. Katusha’s Selig boosts Bora –Argon 18 sprint train One of Alexander Kristoff’s leadout men has inked a deal to compete with the Bora – Argon 18 squad in 2016, with the German team hoping that his addition will boost its success race in the sprints. Rüdiger Selig is moving across after four seasons with the Katusha squad and, in addition to his assistance to Kristoff and others, has also clocked up some good results himself. This season he picked up second on a stage in the Tour of Bavaria and third on a stage in the Volta ao Algarve.

This is Strahuisbrug (bridge) over part of the canal in Aldstadt. The tower is the Cathedral, the red street art behind the walkers is an ad for the 2015 Tour de France that started in Utrecht. Domtoren: Utrecht is home to the highest church tower in the country, the Domtower. Therefore, the city is also called the Dom city. The area around the Domtower and Domsquare is the old heart of the city, where Romans established themselves almost 2,000 years ago. The city itself is younger though, around 1300 years old. The Domtower itself is about 600 years old. The Dom tower standing in the middle of the old town is seperated from the church with the same name. A tornado destroyed part of the church, and since then the tower stands alone. The tower can be visited by a guided tour, which allows one to climb most of the 112.32-metre high tower going up 465 steps for a city view. Sousse 26/3/2015: "WHY THEY ARE DOING THAT?... I LOVE THE PEOPLE" or the ignorance of tourist love

"WHY ARE THEY DOING THAT?.. I LOVE THE PEOPLE!" or the ignorance of tourist love with fallen terrorists failing to answer any question anymore. Video source at: www.theguardian.com/world/2015/jun/27/tunisia-attack-he-l... To put an end to such horrendous violence tourists need to question themselves. Why, Where and How they go on holidays. They need to inform themselves beyond the travel agency flyers.... Is not the country they think they love, more of a fantasy than real? What are then the social and economical realities of this country they imagine to love? This may be a starting point for further personal research: "Tourism is a crucial sector in the Tunisian economy and it has a considerable role in determining economic and political choices. While it is true that, over the years, tourism has been a significant income generator, it is also necessary to consider that such revenues were generated by an aggressive exploitation of the ‘Tunisian model’ and...
